Sleep like a baby

In our life, sleep is more important than even food, and yet why do we try to compromise on sleep to get other things done. In today's hectic world, sleep is the top loser. We feel, we can get more accomplished if only, we sleep an hour less. This is not so.

On an average we need around 8 hours of sleep, to rest, recover, replenish ourselves. It helps us to focus on our tasks and gives us more energy during the day.

So what we all need in today's fast paced life is an alarm to remind us to go to sleep and fortify ourselves, as much as an alarm to wake up.
